Current Limitations

• The frontend focuses on core operations rather than full consumer polish.
• The AI layer is useful, but it is still simpler than a full production MLOps setup.
• The current deployment model is not designed for multi-region scale.

Operational Constraints

• Advanced observability is limited to the logging and metrics already implemented.
• Always-on SLA scheduling still depends on deployment wiring.
• AI behavior depends on local model artifacts or OpenAI availability at runtime.

Future Work

• Expand mobile parity for technicians and tenants.
• Add stronger observability and alerting.
• Broaden API and dashboard integration testing.
